Tech support helped me, Thnx!

I have a PC Windows10 and an old iPad 3. At first I installed the app and it worked, but one day the program on the PC just stopped opening. I asked the tech support for help, and they solved my problem, thanks to them!

They told to uninstall the program though control panel, reboot, install, reboot and launch the program.

At the same time, the display on my old iPad is laggy, but sure the program gonna work faster on new models.
